Clients, appointments, stock and chat live in two places only: your device and, if you connect it, your Google Drive.

The copy, if you connect Google, is saved automatically to the Drive of the connected account.
If you sign up, AgendaCRM keeps only your account: your email and the people who work with you. Booking requests reach you in a sealed envelope: AgendaCRM delivers them without opening them.
I can’t lose your data: I don’t have it.
For the same reason I can’t recover it either. You keep the copies, and the app gives you four ways to make them: your Drive, other devices, a folder on your computer, “Save a copy”. Use at least two.
