AgendaCRM

How it works

Simple to use, clear about where the data goes.

AgendaCRM opens in the browser and installs like an app, on phone and computer. You can work without a connection, and the data stays with you.

Where the data lives

On your deviceeverything: clients, appointments, stock, chat. It opens and works even without internet
On your Google Drivethe copy, if you connect Google, is saved automatically to the Drive of the connected account

And the AgendaCRM server? It doesn’t receive your business data: it is there to connect things. It recognises your account, brings the staff together, delivers notifications and, if you turn on online booking, shows your page and delivers the requests to you in a sealed envelope, without opening them.

To do that it keeps your account, meaning the email you sign up with and the people who work with you, and the devices that want notifications. Everything else, item by item, is in the privacy notice.

Without internet

It isn’t an emergency mode: the app lives on the device, and the network is only needed to talk to other people. It comes in especially handy for:

When you need a connection

The rest works without. When the connection comes back, everything catches up on its own.

The staff

  1. The owner adds a person to the staff and gives them a six-digit code, or a link.

  2. The person signs in with their own Google account: the archive on the owner’s Drive is shared with them.

  3. Everyone works on their own device. Changes are merged field by field; when two people change the same thing, the owner decides in “To check”.

Online booking

  1. The owner chooses the page address, opening hours, bookable services and people, and turns it on.

  2. Whenever the diary changes, the business’s devices publish the free times. Only the gaps: never appointments or client names.

  3. The client opens the page and chooses a service, day, time and, if they like, who with. Name and phone number leave in a sealed envelope: only the business’s devices hold the key to open it.

  4. The request lands at the top of today’s diary, with a notification. Whoever confirms it creates the appointment and sends the reply on WhatsApp, already written.

Without a Google account there is also a simpler link: the page shows services and opening hours, and the request arrives as a WhatsApp message.

Not losing your data

You keep the copies. There are four ways, and it’s worth using at least two:

On iPhone and iPad, add AgendaCRM to the Home Screen: in an ordinary Safari tab, if seven days pass without you opening it, Safari deletes its data by itself. The same happens on any device if you clear the site’s data from the browser.

AgendaCRM has no copies of your data, so it can’t recover it: if you lose it, writing to info@ won’t get it back. That’s why the copies above matter.

What it doesn’t do

What it costs

Nothing. No paid version, no trial period, no card.
