AgendaCRM

Manual

Artificial intelligence

Ask your assistant to book an appointment or prepare the tasks: AgendaCRM opens with everything already filled in, you check and save.

How it works

You tell your assistant, in your own words, what to do: “book an appointment with Giulia Verdi on Friday at 10”. The assistant prepares a link; you open it and AgendaCRM shows the form already filled in. You check and tap “Save”.

The assistant does not enter your archive and does not see your clients. Until you tap “Save” or “Create”, nothing happens.

With any assistant

  1. In AgendaCRM open Settings → “For AI assistants”: the page offlineagendacrm.it/ia opens (an English version is at offlineagendacrm.it/en/ai).

  2. Tap “Copy the address” and paste it into the assistant’s chat: “Read this page, then prepare the links for AgendaCRM for me”.

  3. Ask for what you need.

  4. Open the link it gives you, check and save.

It works with assistants that can read a web page.

With Claude: the connector

With a connector Claude prepares the links without having to re-read the page, and works out dates like “Friday” or “tomorrow” by itself.

  1. In Claude’s settings open “Connectors” and add a custom connector.

  2. Name: AgendaCRM. Address: https://servizi.offlineagendacrm.it/mcp.

  3. Authentication: none. Confirm.

  4. In a chat, from the “+” button, turn on AgendaCRM among the connectors.

On Claude’s free plan a custom connector can be added.

With ChatGPT and the others

Assistants that accept a custom MCP server connect to the same address, https://servizi.offlineagendacrm.it/mcp, with no authentication. In ChatGPT it depends on the plan and the menus change often: if you cannot find the option, use the “For AI assistants” page.

What you can ask

Tasks and series can only be opened by the owner.

Many tasks together

For a series, for example “anyone who hasn’t been in for two months”, the link opens a preview. The app picks the clients from your archive, on the device: the assistant does not see the names. Untick anyone you don’t want, then “Create”.

The preview of a series of tasks: the clients chosen by the app, with a tick, split by day.

“Copy for AI” copies the list, to paste to the assistant and have it write the messages. That way the assistant sees those names: use it only if you are happy with that.

What it doesn’t do
