Stock
Products, stock levels, supplier orders and stock counts.
A new product
“New” in the Stock section, or “Scan” on a barcode that is not there yet: the new product opens with the code and, if it finds it in the open catalogues, with the name.
| Name, brand | how you search for it |
|---|---|
| Supplier | groups the orders |
| Barcode | typed in or read with the camera |
| Category | groups products in the list and in the stock count |
| Unit | pcs, packs, ml, kg… |
| Minimum stock | below this quantity the product goes among those to order |
| Purchase price, selling price | give the margin and the value of the stock |
| Tracked in stock | unticked, the product stays in the list “on request”, with no stock level or alerts |
Stock level and movements
The stock level is the sum of the movements. In the product’s card you choose the type, enter the quantity and tap “Record”. The type offered is the last one used on that device.
| Arrived | purchase, return from a client, free sample; with batch and expiry, if needed |
|---|---|
| Used | sale, use in a job, broken or lost, expired goods, return to supplier |
| Counted | the quantity you have in front of you: the app records the difference |
Products used in appointments come out by themselves. “Latest movements” shows the product’s history; “Show all” shows all of it.
Scan
“Scan” opens the camera. On a product already in the archive it shows how many you have: “One more”, “One less”, then “Add and continue” to move on to the next, or “Open details”. Without a camera, type the code by hand.
Search and categories
The search looks at name, brand, code, category and supplier. The categories appear under the search, with how many products each has: a tap filters the list.
To reorder
At the top, split by supplier, are the products below minimum stock and those that will run out within two weeks. “Runs out in 12 days” comes from the last three months’ consumption.
Tap “Order” next to the supplier.
The text is already written, with the quantities: a month’s consumption plus the minimum stock. Correct it if needed.
Send it with WhatsApp or Email, or “Copy” to paste it into the supplier’s website. The supplier’s phone and email are written there, once only.

On order
As soon as the order goes out, it appears in “On order” and those products are not offered again among those to reorder.
- “Add tracking”: carrier and tracking number. Then “Track” opens the carrier’s page with the number already entered.
- “Received”: quantities received, batch and expiry line by line, then “Add to stock”.
- “Delete” removes an order that will not go out.

Stock count
Tap “Stock count”.
Enter how many pieces you have of each product; the difference appears alongside. Enter moves to the next product, “Scan” goes to the product in view.
Tap “Save the count”: the differences become adjustments.
You can stop halfway and resume: the numbers you entered stay on the device until the count is saved.

Expiries, counts, value
- Expiring soon: batches that expire in the next two months; in red those already expired.
- Counts worth a second look: a count made while someone else was recording movements. Check and, if needed, count again.
- Value: under the title, stock at purchase price.
- Excel: stock is imported and exported from Settings → Import and export.
